How do I place an order?
Browse through the site until you find the item you wish to purchase.
From the product page, select the size and color you would like to buy. You can click 'Buy Now' to place your order. That will take you to your shopping cart where you can decide to ‘Check Out’ or 'Continue Shopping' to add the product to your cart and keep shopping for more.
Once you've added all the items that you wish to purchase to your cart, you can begin the checkout process. This process involves 4 steps:
1) Bill to / Ship to Address
2) Select Shipping Method
3) Review Order
4) Payment Information and Place Your Order.
You will then receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a final email stating so.
Please Note: Items are only held for you once you place an order. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date. It is possible for an item to sell out while in your cart.
Be sure to register to receive our emails – we want you to be the first to hear about new arrivals and special offers.
How do I track my package?
First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated until the day your shirt is delivered, and sometimes it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox.
Express Mail comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order.
For international orders you are given the custom's form number which cannot be used to track the package.
What payment options do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
We’re obligated to collect sales tax for shipments delivered within Washington State. For all other states there is no sales tax.
How are packages shipped?
We currently ship all of our domestic orders by USPS. You have a choice of:
• USPS ground
• USPS Priority Mail
• USPS Express Mail
Shipping and delivery days are Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. See Shipping & Handling Information
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, the USPS does ship to P.O. boxes.
Do you ship to APO/FPO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We currently ship to:
• Australia
• Canada
• France
• Japan
• United Kingdom
If you live in another country, please contact us and we will see if we can ship to you and will send you the rates. Please email us at customercare@rainingpenguins.com.
You will need to select USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International as your shipping option.
Note: Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Raining Penguins, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.

What is your return policy?
We take great care in the design and production of our products and sincerely hope that they will make you happy.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange for another size, unworn/unwashed apparel can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The packing slip that was included with your order has the instructions for an exchange. If you no longer have the packing slip email us at customercare@rainingpenguins.com and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Refunds:
Raining Penguins does not accept returns for refund, however we do accept exchanges for another size or if any item is defective.
How do I make an exchange?
Making an exchange is as easy as 1, 2, 3…4
- Please fill out the exchange form on the back of your original packing slip. If this piece of paper has been misplaced, just jot a quick note to let us know what you’d like us to do regarding your exchange. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and email address.
- Please provide a brief explanation of the reason for your exchange. It’ll help us to do better next time.
- Securely package the item(s) to be returned so it travels safely.
- Ship the package via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post to the following address:

Exchanges will be promptly handled upon their arrival. Look for an exchange to arrive within a few short weeks.
Exchanging a Gift
If you wish to return a gift, please note that we do not issue refunds. You may request an exchange by indicating that the item was a gift. Please be sure to include the name and address of the person who placed the order with Raining Penguins. If you have questions email us at customercare@rainingpenguins.com.
What if I was sent the wrong product or a defective product?
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at customercare@rainingpenguins.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.
How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter mailing list?
We’d hate to lose you but if you want to unsubscribe, please email us at customercare@rainingpenguins.com and we’ll sadly delete your name and address.
