Exchanges:
If you need to exchange for another size, unworn/unwashed apparel can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The packing slip that was included with your order has the instructions for an exchange. If you no longer have the packing slip email us at customercare@rainingpenguins.com and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Refunds:
Raining Penguins does not accept returns for refund, however we do accept exchanges for another size or if any item is defective.

Please fill out the exchange form on the back of your original packing slip. If this piece of paper has been misplaced, just jot a quick note to let us know what you'd like us to do regarding your exchange. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and email address.
Please provide a brief explanation of the reason for your exchange. It'll help us to do better next time.
Securely package the item(s) to be returned so it travels safely.
Ship the package via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post to the following address:

Exchanges will be promptly handled upon their arrival. Look for an exchange to arrive within a few short weeks.

Exchanging a Gift
If you wish to return a gift, please note that we do not issue refunds. You may request an exchange by indicating that the item was a gift.
